Tasmania has really just upped the game this week with another announcement about the Tote Tasmania’s expansion into the global online casino gambling market. The Tasmania government angered a lot of people, especially other Aussie states with a plan just a couple of months ago to undermine licensing policies in the other Australian states. That has now changed and Tasmania is altering tactics and focusing on the global and international potential for online casinos as a way to boost the revenue coming into Tasmania. To this end, the Tote Tasmania site is not only going international, but Tote Tasmania just announced a deal penned and finalized with Mobenga for mobile gambling offerings from Tote.

The deal really centers on Mobenga and Mobenga’s strong launch into the Australian and Asian market through a partnership with Agility Interactive. These deals are now simultaneously launching and Mobenga’s first big launch into this unique market will be through the Tote Tasmania licensing deal – the two companies will co-launch into the market. The deal with Mobenga is just so ideally suited to the new focus and strategy that has been launched through Tote Tasmania – Tote is clearly and pointedly looking for offshore expansion of both the online casino betting site and new sectors of the market like mobile gaming.

There is a lot of potential in the mobile online casino market as this catches on in emerging markets. Mobile gaming is still in its infancy stages even throughout Europe, but it’s rapidly becoming a lucrative and viable market that really resonates with busy gamblers who are looking for an easy way to access some of their favorite games away from their personal computers.
